The surgical manual describes the requirement and considerations for successful surgery as reference for CUHK users who perform surgical procedure on laboratory animals. The manual covers pre-surgical planning, pre-operative care, aseptic technique, surgical preparation, intra-operative monitoring and post-operative care.
